limits of the vehicle, it's handling and the tires in these conditions,
esp. given the 2 way traffic with no barriers. As he drifted left,
having already caught up to the van, he over-corrected, locked brakes
and shot into it path- he lost control and tagged the van in an almost
police-like spin out maneuver. The cargo driver may have slightly
over-corrected too, and he also hit another car behind the semi.
