It was a terrible accident but for such car accident whiplash we can always claim to compensate the accident.

Anybody can learn to drive but no one can learn how to avoid an accident because it is the moment when you have to take instant decision. You will be taught this thing in driving institute but you gotta be very serious about learning it. It can safe your life.
